Description: 181038 dated 15/05/2018 for the change of use from offices to 10 dwellings. Condition 2 delete any reference to drawing PA_05. Condition 4 Revise as follows, The units hereby permitted are not to be occupied until a total of five parking spaces are assigned and constructed for use by the occupants of the building in accordance with PLC Architects drawing number 18.3077.120P1. The spaces are to be allocated and available for use by the units. They are not to be assigned to specific units. The parking spaces shall thereafter be retained in accordance with the parking of vehicles at all times.

Any defamatory comments made could be subject to legal action.
