Refer to detailed engineering drawings. 23. Confirmation is given that the vehicular access from Mohawk Way through the development has been provided. 27. Garages to be provided 6m x 3m internal as per approved layout, where garages are not provided then secure sheds will be provided for cycle storage. 28. The remediation has been completed so nothing further is required to meet this condition. 29. The land remediation has been completed, nothing further is required to meet this condition. 30. Please refer to the Post Monitoring report & Environmental Report. 31. The remediation is complete so nothing further is required to satisfy this condition. 32. Refer to the attached Archaeological report. 33. Refer to attached SBD Pt 2 application.
